Shipping & Return Policy


The #GPLA Online Store accepts national and international online orders for shipments. Delivery worldwide will take 4-12 business days, at it’s fastest. Keep in mind, some products could take longer, depending on stock and production-time. At it’s longest, it could take up to 30 days. Shipment time can vary depending on the product and if said product is in stock. Several of our handmade garments will only be put in production once the order is made. #GPLA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of #GPLA.  


‘How Can I Track My Order?’

A tracking number will be provided for all orders. We will send you an email within 1-2 business days.

‘Will I Have To Pay Any Duties On Top Of My Order?’

We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

‘My Item Is Lost In The Mail, What Should I Do?’

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping (you can contact our partnered supply carrier for said losses or damages). Neither are we responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

‘Do You Ship To My Country?’

Most likely, yes…, you can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 15 days after purchase. You can return it to us for an exchange or refund, within the first 30 days after purchase, subject to the following terms. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in mint condition. Upon submitting your online return or exchange via email, you will receive a return label (not available in all locations).
  1. Place the return label on your return package and send it back through your nearest post office.
  2. If you choose to use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return.


Once again, we only refund or exchange free of charge, any merchandise in mint condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed via the given return label. If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us via email for the exact shipping address, if you wish to do so.  

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via mail at  

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and discount items cannot be refunded.  


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we will not be able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
